Mike is a new breed Of Real Estate Salesperson that we are seeing enter the Real Estate Industry, his life's experiences have made him a well rounded individual. He understands people and the stresses that could be associated when you have your heart set on a property or selling due to unforeseen circumstances. He has been in these situations himself.
He has been in the People Industry for over 20 years working in Sales for Global Operators such as McCains and with Local Companies such as Silver Fern Farms (formerly Richmonds). He has dealt with a wide range of people in varying roles.
He spent 2 years in Europe which gave him an understanding of what it feels like to be outside your comfort zone. This all followed his 10 years as a Baker after realising that his passion was dealing with people, and in his words " You tend to get more response and laughs from people than you do a piece of dough".
Mike has completed the following courses as well as being a member of Toastmasters when he lived in Wellington.
Mike was born and raised in Wellington and moved to Havelock North in 2002, to be with Lisa and her 2 children Jessica and Mitchell. He married Lisa in 2008 (after approval from the children) and has always considered them as his own (poor kids).
He has played and coached many sports and is keen on any fitness related activities. He is a Senior Football Referee and has found his people skills to be invaluable when dealing with varying personalities on and off the pitch.

He prides himself on going the extra mile, doing the right thing, and his moto is: "It not about me, It's about the client"
